Mueller Restores Donated 1937 Columbia Fire Hydrants
In 1938, Howe Sound and Mining Company, installed Columbia fire hydrants in “hose houses”. Because of deep winter snow, Holden Village does not use fire engines. Instead, they install fire hydrants in hose houses that contain pre-connected fire hoses.
