The Pratt® Post Indicator Valve Assembly (PIVA) is a manually operated, buried Butterfly Valve with a high visibility target. The PIVA includes a Torque Spring feature, if the Valve Indicator is damaged, the Torque Spring maintains the Valve in an open position.
